An Epicurean Festival
The Third-Annual Anguilla Culinary Experience (ACE) is happening May 23 to 26, 2024.
During this international epicurean festival, talented chefs from Anguilla and around the world will share kitchens, showcase why Anguilla reigns as the Culinary Capital of the Caribbean and raise funds to support culinary education for the island’s next generation. Join us for four days of curated culinary experiences at Anguilla’s world-class resorts, villas and restaurants that draw on the island’s rich history, creativity and fresh farm- and sea-to-table ingredients.
Join us at ACE 2024 as we celebrate life with new and old friends and great food.

Island Experiences
Explore Anguilla through curated small group experiences. Indulge in infused chocolates paired with locally-made flavored rums or learn how to concoct four varieties of rum punch at Malliouhana. Or join local guides from Quest Experiences to harvest salt from a natural salt pond, bake Johnny Cakes in an outdoor oven and search for the best rum punch at top beach bars as you travel by candy-colored moke with driver.
Beach BBQ + Basket & Bartending Battles
Cap off ACE at a beach barbeque with DJ, dancing, trivia, kids’ activity area and prize raffle at Anguilla Great House on Rendezvous Bay. Brought to you by NCBA. Compare local grillers’ skills as you feast on succulent ribs, tangy chicken and freshly caught seafood, all paired with a cold beer or refreshing rum punch.
Then cheer on our award-winning Anguilla National Culinary Team as they square off in an epic mystery basket cooking competition and bartending battle. Afterwards, head over to Leon’s at Malliouhana for Sunday Funday.

Anguilla’s Next Generation
A critical part of our mission is to support and inspire the next generation of Anguillian chefs. We believe that the way to maintain and continue Anguilla’s legacy of producing top talent, is to give these opportunities to aspiring young people.
When you buy tickets to ACE events, you are making a difference. We’ve committed a portion of all the proceeds of the Anguilla Culinary Experience to support culinary and hospitality training for young Anguillians.
